Taxes & duties
Prices shown for Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the UK and the EU include local VAT/consumption tax. For the US, Canada, Singapore and Australia, applicable taxes are estimated and collected at checkout. There are no additional charges on delivery.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging — no questions asked. Returns are free in the US, EU, Japan, Korea and Taiwan; elsewhere we deduct a flat $10 label fee from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching our hub.
A note on wellness items
For hygiene and safety, intimate wellness devices can only be returned unopened with the factory seal intact. If a device develops a fault within the 2-year warranty, we replace it immediately — no return of the original required.
