The wellness section of this store is intended for adults. By purchasing wellness items you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.

Your order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email is our acceptance. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent, are destined for embargoed regions, or exceed personal-use quantities. Displayed prices include obvious-error protection: if a price is clearly mistaken, we'll contact you before charging.

Leather goods and footwear carry a 2-year workmanship warranty. Wellness devices carry a 2-year electronics warranty. The warranty covers defects, not wear, misuse or cosmetic aging of natural materials.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it.

Dutch law governs these terms. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home country. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam, or your local consumer forum where the law provides one.
